Dosette is a supplement and medicine tracker for Android. You can log your routine and review your records offline, without a Dosette account. You do not need to set up an experiment to start a daily log.

01 / ADD WHAT YOU ALREADY TAKE

Put one item in your Library

After the welcome screen, tap Add your first one on Today. If you already have items, open Library and tap Add. Select a supplement from the list, or choose Enter one manually.

Check the name and dose against your existing routine. Check the schedule, the When time-of-day choices and the start date. A catalogue selection only prefills the form: review it before tapping Add to library.

For a record you confirm yourself, leave Log automatically off. You can add the rest of your routine later.

02 / RECORD WHAT HAPPENED

Make your first entry on Today

Open Today and check the date at the top. Find the item in its scheduled time-of-day group. The button beside it cycles through three states:

TAKE
Not logged yet. Tap once to record TAKEN.
TAKEN
Recorded as taken. Tap again to change it to SKIPPED.
SKIPPED
Recorded as skipped. Tap again to clear the entry and return to TAKE.

Stop when the displayed state matches what happened. An unlogged entry and a skipped entry mean different things; leave it unlogged if you do not know. The button records your routine, rather than telling you to take a dose.

Item missing? Check its start date, schedule and time-of-day choices in Library. It appears on Today when it is scheduled for the date you are viewing.

03 / COME BACK TOMORROW

Build a record you can review

If shown, you can also answer How do you feel today? on Today, or tap Add what else you want to track to choose an outcome. These check-ins are optional for your first dose log.

On your next scheduled day, open Today, check the date and record what happened again. Start with an honest daily record. A few entries do not show whether a supplement caused a change.

Want to plan what you will record? The free supplement experiment planner helps you write down a question and an outcome. Use its planning guidance only where appropriate; it is optional for everyday logging.

Your first useful step
