Dosette is designed to work without an account or cloud storage. Your supplement, medicine and health records remain on your device unless you choose to export a backup.

You do not sign up or provide Dosette with an identity.
App data is stored locally, and the core app works offline.
Apple Health data is not uploaded to Dosette servers.
Information stored by the app
Dosette stores the information you enter—such as supplement and medicine details, schedules, reminders, intake history, notes, ratings, indicators, experiment plans, cost and supply information—locally on your device. Dosette does not require an account or sign-in.
Apple Health
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Dosette asks for read access only to the health indicators you select. This access is optional and can be changed or revoked in Apple Health settings at any time.
Selected Apple Health data is read on your device so it can be compared with your routine. It is not uploaded to Dosette servers and is not used for advertising.
Backup and restore
Backup and restore are user-initiated. When you export a backup, Dosette creates a file for you to save or share using services you choose. That exported file is then under your control and may be handled by the storage or sharing provider you select. Restoring a backup imports its contents onto your device.
Guided experiments
Guided experiments are available for supplements only. Prescription medicines cannot be added to an experiment. Experiment records remain part of your locally stored app data.
Data retention and deletion
Your records stay on your device until you delete them in the app, remove the app, or restore a backup that replaces them. Because Dosette does not hold an account or cloud copy of your records, we cannot retrieve them for you.
Website data
When you visit this website, its hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver the pages, such as an IP address, browser details and request logs. The website does not use that information to access your Dosette app data.
